| Hilo man charged with liquor robbery from drugstore The victim, a 61-year-old man, wasn't seriously injured. Special Enforcement Unit officers arrested Kahumoku-Jose at 9 a.m. near the Mooheau Bus Terminal in downtown Hilo.
